Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully as they govern your use of the Career Workforce platform and enterprise ecosystem.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Career Workforce platform ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. User Roles & Responsibilities
- Job Seekers: Must provide accurate resume data, professional history, and contact information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Employers: Agree to use the platform solely for lawful recruitment. Employers must comply with UAE Labor Law and ensure all job postings are legitimate and non-discriminatory.
- Agencies: Must hold a valid recruitment license issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE). Agencies are prohibited from charging candidates for placement services.
3. Verification Requirements
To maintain the integrity of the Dubai recruitment market, Career Workforce enforces a strict verification protocol:
- Identity: UAE Nationals and Residents must provide a valid Emirates ID.
- Company License: All corporate entities must upload a valid Trade License.
- Educational Credentials: Career Workforce may require attested certificates for specific professional designations.
4. Prohibited Activities
The following actions will result in immediate account termination:
- Posting fraudulent job opportunities or fake resumes.
- Data scraping or automated harvesting of user profiles.
- Discriminatory language based on race, religion, gender, or nationality.
- Any action that bypasses the Platform's security or billing systems.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the "Career Workforce" brand, software code, UI design, and proprietary matching algorithms, is the exclusive property of Career Workforce or its licensors. Users retain ownership of the content they upload (e.g., resumes, company logos) but grant Career Workforce a non-exclusive license to use, host, and display such content for the purposes of providing the services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Career Workforce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
7. Social Media Platforms & Third-Party Services
Career Workforce operates official accounts on various third-party social media platforms as part of our marketing and candidate/employer engagement efforts. Your interactions with these accounts, including comments, direct messages, and reactions, are additionally governed by that platform's own terms of service and privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.
We integrate with these platforms exclusively through their official, sanctioned APIs, in full compliance with each platform's Developer Policies and Platform Terms. Any data obtained through these integrations is used strictly as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. WhatsApp Assistant
Our official WhatsApp Business number is answered by an automated assistant. It is a task-specific business assistant limited to jobs, visas, and Career Workforce services — it is not a general-purpose AI service, and it will decline requests outside that scope.
Replies are generated automatically and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Nothing the assistant says constitutes a binding offer of employment, a visa decision, immigration advice, or legal advice, and it does not replace confirmation from a member of our team. Ask to speak to a customer support agent at any time and we will arrange for someone to call you back, or tell us at any time that you do not want further messages.
Use of the assistant is additionally subject to the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and to WhatsApp's own terms of service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai (including the DIFC Courts where applicable).
