Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in formwork, steel fixing, and concreting. Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and temporary works designs. Experience in civil construction projects. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
